And yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks! We offer Puppy Pre-school, Doggie Elementary, Advanced Obedience and specialize in Behavior Modification.
Head trainer and behavior consultant, Jennifer Plate, brings to you over 20 years of dog care and training experience. At the age of 14, she completed obedience training with her GSD, Nikki. This was just the beginning of a life long love for dogs and an interest in learning about canine behavior.
In addition to teaching dog training, she is a dedicated volunteer at The Randolph Regional Animal Shelter, Eleventh Hour Rescue, a no-kill shelter in Morris County, and Big Dog Rescue Project of Mendham.
Jen enjoys spending time with her family, boys Walter and Ryan, and of course, the furkids; Mollie, an 8 year old Border Collie/Lab mix and Benjamin, a 6 year old Shepherd/Pit mix.
Jennifer is a Professional Member of the Association for Pet Dog Trainers.
